The company joined global electronics manufacturing peers in exploring new trends in precision welding and green smart manufacturing.

With 21 years of deep expertise in precision tin soldering, Aibete is showcasing at this exhibition under the theme “Intelligent Precision Welding: Empowering Industrial Upgrading.” The event features a range of industry-leading products and customized solutions that address the full value chain—from micro-precision soldering to production-line automation.

Laser solder-ball welding machine: With a domestic market penetration rate exceeding 95%, this equipment is specifically designed for micro-precision components such as smartphone camera modules and sensors, delivering micrometer-level positioning, stress-free soldering, and 100% weld-point consistency. It effectively addresses the common challenges of traditional soldering, including easy short circuits and insufficient precision.
Laser solder wire welding machine: multi-axis coordinated motion, real-time temperature control, and vision-based position tracking; supports complex applications such as FPCs, PCBs, wire harnesses, and connectors, boosting welding efficiency by 300% while reducing defect rates to below 0.1%. Ideal for high-reliability applications in automotive electronics and high-speed communication systems.

During the exhibition, the Aibete booth (Hall E, Booth 6486) was bustling with visitors, drawing thousands of industry professionals from automotive electronics, semiconductors, consumer electronics, medical electronics, and other sectors who stopped by to network and explore collaboration opportunities.
The technical team conducted a live demonstration of the core laser tin-ball jet welding process, vividly showcasing the equipment’s high precision, high efficiency, and exceptional stability, leading to preliminary cooperation agreements with numerous customers on-site.

Aibete’s technical experts engaged in in-depth discussions with industry peers on topics such as emerging trends in electronic welding for new-energy vehicles, the challenges of semiconductor packaging and soldering, and pathways for green manufacturing to reduce costs and improve efficiency, while sharing 21 years of process expertise and technological innovation achievements.
The Munich Shanghai Electronic Production Equipment Exhibition is a global bellwether for the electronics manufacturing industry, and this year’s participation represents a concentrated showcase of ABT’s technological prowess and industry influence. Looking ahead, ABT will continue to deepen its expertise in the niche field of laser soldering, ramp up R&D investment, and introduce more high-precision, intelligent, and environmentally friendly soldering equipment and solutions tailored to emerging industries such as new energy, AI, and semiconductors. By collaborating closely with global partners, ABT aims to drive the electronics manufacturing sector’s transformation from “scale leadership” to “technology leadership and green leadership.”
