Main inspection contents:
a. Void solder: From the top view, the tin coverage area is standard, but the tin did not penetrate the lower section of the pad. The reliability is not up to standard
b. Short circuit: Tin connection may lead to short circuit or risk of short circuit between two solder joints.
c. Tin coverage: The front of the pad at the FPCB end needs to be completely covered with tin. The pad(pin) needs to be covered 75% wider and 50% higher by tin.
d. Tin climbing height needs to reach over ⅔ of the PCB pad. (the upper end of the pads need to be fully covered by tin), and the amount of tin can not be too thick beyond the edge of the PCB.
